• The structure is R.C.C framed structure with bricks masonry walls.

• Living, dining, kitchen, bedroom, etc---Vitrified tiles size 2’0”x2”0 with 4”skirting
• Toilet—non skid ceramic tiles flooring 12”x12” size tiles and ceramic dado of 8”x12” size tiles up to 7’0” height

• Main door—teakwood frame with panel door shutters.
